JACLYN SMITH
Actress Jaclyn Smith signed this document to have her agent receive money owed to her and endorse checks in her name.
Document signed "Jaclyn Smith" as Artist in blue ink. 1 page, 8½x10¾, photocopy. Smith signed this undated document to authorize her agents Abrams-Rubaloff & Associates to endorse her name on checks and drafts and to receive cash, checks and drafts payable to her by the recipient. She also authorized Abrams-Rubaloff & Associates to retain any money that she owed them out of these funds. American actress Smith, born Jaclyn Ellen Smith in 1947, achieved stardom as Kelly Garrett, a showgirl-turned-PI, on the spectacularly successful TV series Charlie's Angels (1976-1981). She was the only member of the original Angels to remain with the series from its debut in 1976 to its final telecast in 1981. Smith went on to a busy career in made-for-TV movies, efficiently playing the title roles in Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy (1982) and Florence Nightingale (1985). She returned to the weekly-TV grind as star of the mystery series Christine Cromwell (1989-1990). Smith was also seen in the recurring role of Vanessa Cavanaugh on The District from 2002 to 2004. In 1985 she began a successful fashion line, sold through K-Mart. Smith was married to actor Roger Davis, the first of her four husbands, from 1968 to 1975. Lightly toned and creased. Paper clip impression and rust stains at top left corner. Folded three times and unfolded. Otherwise in fine condition.
