With 6¼x3¼ initiation fee receipt carbon copy with perforated left edge stapled at top edge. April 11, 1965. Membership form for the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. According to this document, McCue was a dancer who was scheduled to appear in a 1965 episode of The Hollywood Palace. A mid-season replacement for The Jerry Lewis Show, the show was headed by a rotating roster of star hosts, including Bing Crosby, Milton Berle, Jimmy Durante, Victor Borge, Phyllis Diller and George Burns and featured a kaleidoscopic array of acts, including comedians, ventriloquists, animal acts and magicians. The Hollywood Palace also featured plenty of musical acts, including some of the earliest American TV appearances of the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. Lightly toned and creased.
