The back page features a career biography of their professional relationship. Melvin Stecher and Norman Horowitz were both born in New York City, New York. They were honored as the first duo-pianists to ever perform at Radio City Music Hall. Together, they founded The Stecher and Horowitz School of the Arts in 1960. Dozens of piano instruction books have been written and published by the group, and most recently an autobiography titled Stecher & Horowitz Duo-Pianists was released.
