She gained widespread recognition as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in January 1968 and later became the Playmate of the Year in 1969. She transitioned from modeling to acting during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Kreski passed away on March 21, 1995, in Beverly Hills, California.
