Julianne Phillips (born May 6, 1960) is an American actress known for her notable roles in television and film during the 1980s and 1990s. She began her acting career in the early 1980s after studying drama at Brooks College.

Phillips gained widespread recognition for her role as Francesca "Frankie" Reed on the hit TV series "Sisters," which aired from 1991 to 1996. Her portrayal of the complex and independent character earned her critical acclaim and solidified her status as a prominent actress in the industry. Prior to "Sisters," Phillips appeared in several television movies and guest-starred on popular shows such as "Knight Rider" and "The Fall Guy." She also made her film debut in 1984 with a supporting role in "Odd Jobs." In 1987, Phillips landed one of her most memorable roles as Susie Diamond in the film "Fletch," opposite Chevy Chase. Throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, Phillips continued to work in both television and film, with appearances in projects like "Big Bully" (1996) and "Telling Secrets" (1993). Although her acting career slowed down in the late 1990s, she remained active in the entertainment industry, occasionally appearing in guest roles on television shows.
