Biography
Robert Francis (1901-1987) was a Harvard graduate and was mentored by Robert Frost. His first volume of poems, Stand Here With Me, was published in 1936 and was of the Frost style. He won the Shelley Memorial Award in 1939 and published his autobiography, The Trouble with Francis, in 1971.
