gynecological practitioner and researcher at Johns Hopkins University
Hospital, Cullen (1868-1953) was a pioneer in gynecological pathologies. A
strong advocate of applying art to medical practice, he founded the
Department of Art as Applied Medicine at the JHU Medical School. Vertical
