Hall on October 4, 1967 or October 11, 1967. In part: "In order to induce you to enter into said Agreement, and in
consideration of your doing so, which I acknowledge is of substantial benefit to
me. I hereby agree to render all services required of me...." Ethel
Merman did not appear on the Kraft Music Hall during the 1967-1968
season. She did, however, play the part of Lola Lasagne in three episodes of
Batman, September 28, October 5 and October 12, 1967 on ABC, which may
have been the reason for her non-appearance on the Kraft Music Hall on
NBC. Staple and file holes at upper margin. Fine condition.
