(1912-1994, born Faye Leighton Jepsen) was a vocalist and occasional
keyboardist with several bands in the early 1930s, before forming his own
"sweet" orchestra in 1937. His wife, Edith Caldwell, was the group's main
female vocalist. Liberace made his first TV appearance on Noble's local Los
Angeles show. In the 1960s, Noble led the house orchestra at Harrah's Casino in
Las Vegas. He continued to lead bands, with some interruptions for health
reasons, until shortly before his death. Minor printing or negative flaws in
background at lower section. Lightly creased - most not visible head-on.
