man requesting his autograph.
Autograph Note signed: "With All Best Regards/To Don
Glossinger/Allen Drury" in blue felt tip, 8½x11. Signed on top of an
autograph letter, from Don Glossinger, Michigan City, Indiana. Accompanied
by the transmittal letter addressed to Mr. Don Glossinger, Michigan City,
Indiana and postmarked San Rafael, California, January 8, 1985. Allen
Drury (1918-1998), a veteran journalist who covered the U.S. Senate
for "The New York Times", published 18 novels, including Advise and
Consent, which won the 1960 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, and
Decision (1983), a novel set in the Supreme Court, and five nonfiction
books. Normal mailing folds. Otherwise, fine condition.
