Gerardus 'T Hooft (born in 1946) of the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands
and Martinus J.G. Veltman won the 1999 Nobel Prize in Physics "for
elucidating the quantum structure of electroweak interactions in physics." 'T
Hooft, who has been honored with a number of other awards, is the author of
numerous scientific books. Minor surface creases at lower blank margin. Fine
