Inscribed printed photograph signed in ink: "To [illegible]/with all good/wishes/Cornell Borchers", in blue ink, 10x8, B/w. Universal Pictures Company 1955. Cornell Borchers (1925-2014) was a popular German actress who saw most of her fame during the 1940s and 1950s. She is best remembered for her role alongside Nat King Cole and Errol Flynn in the film Istanbul (1957). Borchers was awarded a BAFTA Film Award for Best Foreign Actress in the 1954 film The Divided Heart. Corners slightly creased. Fine condition.
