Joan Rivers (born in 1933) is an actress and comedian who gained notoriety while working as the regular stand-in for Johnny Carson (1983-1986) and honing her act in comedy clubs. She later hosted a talk show, The Joan Rivers Show (1989-1993), for which she won an Emmy Award. Rivers also appeared in television movies, such as How To Murder a Millionaire (1990). Following the suicide of her husband, producer Edgar Rosenberg, Rivers and her daughter starred together in Tears and Laughter: The Joan and Melissa Rivers Story (1994). Her feature film credits include Serial Mom (1994). In 1998, Joan and Melissa began hosting fashion specials on the E! cable network. Lightly creased. Photocopy marks.
