Document signed: "Mark Harmon", 1p, 8½x11. No place, no date. Signed on a photocopy of an original release form. Harmon consents to appear without compensation on the American Broadcasting Company Program, A.M., and to allow use of his name, voice, pictures and statements for promotional purposes. Accompanying unsigned page, dated 1982 June 21, contains a list of questions which Harmon will be asked on the program. Mark Harmon, son of football great Tom Harmon and 1940s film star Elyse Knox, is married to Pam Dawber, former co-star of TV's Mork and Mindy. Seen in more than forty TV and big screen movies, beginning with Comes a Horseman (1978), he has also appeared in many TV series, including the medical dramas St Elsewhere (1983-1986) and Chicago Hope (1996-2000). Since 2003, Harmon has played the role of Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs in the CBS drama, Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigation Service. Signature difficult to read. Normal photocopying flaws.
