Document signed: "Pam Smith" in blue ink. Pencil and blue ink
notations in unknown hand. 2 pages, 6x8¾, 1 sheet, front and verso. With 6¼x3¼
initiation fee receipt carbon copy with perforated left edge stapled at top
edge. 2 November 1959. Membership form for the American Federation of
Television and Radio Artists as an actress. Pam Smith was one of the
featured players in the 1961 film Misty - in 1962 she was also
featured in an unsold pilot by the same name about a Chincoteague Island pony.
Her other works include episodes of The Rifleman (1961), Leave It to
Beaver (1961) and Bonanza (1962). Lightly creased at margins and
corners. Otherwise, fine condition.
